We are Andrew & Karla Nightingale, with a vision to bring products grown on our farm to your table. Our farmstead is located on the high plains of Texas, where the wind blows often and the sky is always blue!  We raise our Angus Beef cattle and Dorper sheep grain-free, grass-finished to produce quality, nutritious meat.  Our Jersey cows provide creamy, delicious raw milk.  This milk is real, fresh as it gets, perfect for making nutrient-dense raw kefir and yogurt.
